At Wirral Flexicare we are always looking for the right people to join our highly professional team of workers, we are looking for people who are highly motivated, enthusiastic and dynamic. Our staff must also be flexible in order to meet the needs of our Customers who want to be supported when it suits them, all positions would require staff to work at various times during the week including weekend and evenings. Essential car users are required.

All staff complete a comprehensive induction and undergo training and continual professional development.

Positions:

Support Workers

• P/T Various Hrs
• Unqualified = £6.78 p/h
• NVQ 2 = £7.29 p/h
• NVQ 3 = £7.85 p/h
• Weekend rate for all support staff = £8.41 p/h
• Sleeping rate (10.00pm till 7.00am) = £37.00
• Bank Holiday rate = £10.20 p/h

Bank/Relief Support Workers

To cover sickness and holiday periods, work is allocated on a weekly basis as and when required would ideally suit people who are highly flexible.

• Hourly rate for all bank staff = £7.60 p/h
• All other rates as above for support worker

Homemakers

• Various hrs in line with the needs/choice of the customer
• All positions are part time
• Hourly rate = £6.10 p/h
