Annie Parry and Alan Emberton established Wirral Flexicare in 2001 their mission was to enable people with disabilities to have the independence and opportunities that everyone has a right to in life.

Our Philosophy

Wirral Flexicare have high expectations of positive outcomes for people and are committed to finding ways around challenges they may face and will go the extra mile to support them. We aim to provide services which are flexible and responsive to the needs of our customers enabling them to participate in a meaningful and independent lifestyle.
